Industrial pipings
Industrial pipings are our company's traditional area of expertise and the cornerstone of our business. For years, we have supplied PED piping solutions for example, chemical plants, forest industry and oil refineries. Except manufacture, we also install a variety of piping solutions. Our specialties are mechanical and chemical industry installation services, including machinery, equipment and piping installation.
Manufacturing services
We want to be involved in the customer's production process starting from the planning stage. Our versatile machinery, extensive partner network, as well as our staff expertise enable a competitive production. This allows us to produce your products very quickly. In connection with the workshop also operates a paint shop.
Construction services
Our construction services includes, management- and supervising services, civil engineering works, concrete structures, steel structures and surface treatments. We repair and make modifications to old facilities as well we build new facilities. Each job is designed and executed on the basis of customer's operations, special needs and security.
Steel structures
Paine Group manufactures industrial needs of various types of steel structures and configurations. Manufacture is carried out SFS-EN 1090-2 according to standard methods. Production takes place on the basis of specifications provided by the client in classes EXC1 and EXC2. We produce and install various load-bearing beam structures, pipebridges, service platforms and steel staircases.
Machinery and equipment installations
Paine Group carry out the machinery and equipment installations with an experienced staff and a wide range of lifting equipments. We install the pumps, motors, tanks, heat exchangers, transfer screws, conveyors, fans and silos. Storage tank repairs and modifications are our strong expertise. We also handle demanding demolition sites, even on a quick delivery time.
Lifting and transportation services
Logistics is an essential part of our business. We want to provide our customers with the wide range of services, that is why we have also invested in transport and lifting services. We are able to carry piping and mechanical engineering solutions directly to the installation site also to install them. Logistics is not only a support of other services, its as well as its own service concept. We deliver almost anything to wherever.
